Home Again

Ireland was fantastic--an amazing vacation (can you imagine Ireland being completely sunny for a whole 2 weeks in March??)--but it does feel good to get back and get everything in order.  I'll be posting pics of my trip and catching up with my very long Google Reader list as quickly as I'm able.  The month before my trip was a hard one, so I feel like I have a lot of catching up to do.  I'm looking forward to it. :)

  1. I went to Dublin in summer two years ago and it rained the whole time. You were lucky :)

  3. Sam, very lucky! We couldn't believe it. Meanwhile, back home they were experiencing unusual amounts of rain/snow.

Heidi, yeah that picture was from our stopover in London. :)

  6. Thanks, Belle! I sure missed it too--I guess I didn't realize how much I enjoy my blog friends. :)

Em, everyone kept saying we shouldn't leave Ireland because then it would start raining. :) I think it would be beautiful regardless, but it is much easier to tour and sightsee in the sun. We could hardly believe our good fortune.

  7. It's funny actually, most of the time when I have visitors it is dry!

  8. And you know what else is funny?
I posted a very similar photo to the one you have here with the book from my latest trip!

  9. That's funny! (On both counts) There's something about a book and a warm drink that makes me want to take pictures. :)
